YARN DYEING

At GiLTEX factory, the yarn dyeing process is carried out using the latest technologies. The yarn is first cleaned and prepared for dyeing to ensure that the dye penetrates each thread evenly. During the dyeing process, we use high-quality, environmentally friendly dyes that help maintain the vibrancy of the colors over time.

After dyeing, the yarn goes through special fixing and washing processes to ensure the dye remains stable and durable. Each yarn is then dried and undergoes a final quality inspection.
